As such, as a Naturopath I combine my knowledge and experience of traditional herbal medicine and nutritional therapy and traditional healing methods such as detoxification and cleansing with nutritional and lifestyle modification all backed up with modern scientific evidence and research. The treatments that I use as a Naturopath are safe, natural and effective and in harmony with allowing your body to restore its natural balance. Naturopathy endeavours to find the underlying cause of disease and treat that cause, not just chase symptoms and use band aid solutions. As such as a Naturopath I treat the whole person, mind, body and spirit and address all elements of a person’s life- stress levels, diet, sleep patterns, exercise patterns, hydration, to address and prevent imbalances in the body. Naturopathy is not for those wanting a quick fix, it requires change, motivation and for the patient to very much be involved. But I am 100% on board supporting you to guide your body back to health and balance, to educate you in how to prevent disease and maximise your health potential.
