So I am sure you are aware that organic produce is much more beneficial for your health and the environment and that pesticides should be avoided, right? Right. Well this is a list produced every year by the EWG in the US, and it details the foods which test up with the most chemical and pesticide residues and the foods which test up with the least, so it basically guides you on where to invest your shopping dollars so that you and your family are being exposed to the least chemical residue. And (drumroll please) this years list has just been announced and can you guess again who takes the crown of the number one fruit or veggie to have the most chemical pesticides when tested? Yep the humble and delicious strawberry! So if you are having to decide which foods to invest in as organic and which you can more safely buy regular produce of, take a look at this list.
